في قلب آدم ومشمش عائلة مؤسِّسة: أهالٍ يبنون البرنامج الذي لم يجدوه. الشخصيات مستوحاة من ابنهم آدم، وقطّه مشمش، لتبقى السلسلة مرتبطة بتجربة عائلية حقيقية بدلًا من نموذج كرتوني مجرّد. يعمل الفريق على إحياء الالتزام بتعليم اللغة العربية والاحتفاء بها بطريقة مفرحة، عصرية، وصادقة عاطفيًا.
