Adam wa Mishmish runs Music Hour, live online Arabic classes for children. This policy explains what we collect and why. If you have any questions, email us at hello@adamwamishmish.com.
When you book, we collect the parent name, email, and country, and the first name, age, and Arabic level you give for each child.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
If you create an account, we store your email and a secure sign-in token. We also collect basic analytics and advertising identifiers, which you can control through the cookie banner.
To run your class, meaning we send the Zoom link, your confirmation, and reminders. To manage your account and bookings, take payment, and give you support.
With your consent, to measure and improve our marketing so we can reach more parents.
We share data only with the providers that make the class work: Stripe for payments, Zoom for the live class, our booking system, and our email provider.
With your consent, we share limited advertising and analytics signals about the parent (never the child) with Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. We do not sell your personal data.
Accounts and bookings are always made by a parent or guardian, never by a child. The only information we hold about a child is a first name, age, and level.
We use that information for one purpose only: to prepare the class and place the child at the right level. We never use a child's information for marketing or advertising, and we never build an advertising profile of a child. Every analytics and advertising activity described in this policy relates only to the parent or guardian who makes the booking.
We follow applicable United States privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has given us information directly, email us and we will delete it.
You can change your cookie choice any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@adamwamishmish.com.
We keep booking and account records while you have an account and for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then delete them.
